Marissa & Phil

Marissa and Phil was our first wedding during the pandemic. A very different experience at first, but at its heart, still very much full of love, intimacy and joyous moments that we love to photograph. The week before the wedding, I spoke with them on the phone about the new vision they had for the day and their hesitations about going forwards, and they both quickly replied: rain or shine, in sickness and health, good times and bad, love doesn’t wait. That may look completely different to some, but what we realized was that in the happiest of times, no matter the circumstance, love should always be centre stage.
